Yes! You don't need to share login credentials. Cana lets you invite your fiancé (and others) to collaborate on your wedding with their own separate account.
How to invite your fiancé
Go to Account Settings and find the Share Account Access section.
Enter your fiancé's email address.
Select Fiancé as the role from the dropdown.
Click Send Invitation.
Your fiancé will receive an email with a link to create their own account (or sign in if they already have one). Once accepted, they'll have full access to manage your wedding — guest list, website, registry, and more.
What roles can I invite?
Role | Best for |
Fiancé | Your future spouse — limited to one |
Family Member | Parents or siblings helping with planning |
Wedding Planner | A professional coordinator |
Things to know
You can only have one Fiancé invitation active at a time. If you need to change who holds that role, revoke the existing invitation first.
Pending invitations can be revoked at any time from the same settings page.
All collaborators get equal access to manage your wedding details.
What if I want to invite a friend to help?
You can add them as a "Family Member" or "Wedding Planner". They'll have full access to manage your wedding details on Cana no matter which role they're in!
